The Visual Comfort Montreuil Wall Sconce is a three-light decorative wall sconce designed by Aerin Lauder as part of the Visual Comfort Signature Collection. Three slender metal arms extend from a circular backplate — one central vertical arm flanked by two symmetrically curved outer arms that sweep outward and upward — each topped with a tapered conical linen shade. The shades soften and diffuse light, reducing glare while casting a warm, layered ambient glow across the wall surface. Rated IP20, it is intended for dry indoor use.
The Montreuil's transitional design character — elongated, graceful arms paired with classic tapered shades — works equally well in contemporary and more traditional interiors. The hand-applied metallic finish gives each piece a bespoke, textured quality that reads as genuinely artisanal rather than off-the-shelf.
