Shipping Times
Most orders are dispatched directly from the manufacturer, so delivery periods may vary between different brands—and even between products from the same manufacturer. We'll provide estimated dispatch times within 1 business day of receiving your order. If the delivery timeframe doesn't suit your needs, you're welcome to cancel at no charge, and we'll process an immediate refund.
Shipping Charges
Delivery fees vary depending on your destination and which manufacturers you select. We provide *complimentary delivery wherever possible. The availability depends on the specific courier expenses for your shipment - but be assured we strive to minimise or eliminate shipping charges wherever feasible.
You'll always see the precise delivery cost at checkout before confirming your order. To preview shipping charges, use the country selector in your basket's 'Order Summary'—your total will update automatically.
Please note: all shipping charges displayed are estimates. If the actual delivery expense is higher, we may contact you to request the additional amount. Your order will only proceed once the extra cost is confirmed and paid. If you'd prefer not to pay the additional charge, you're welcome to cancel for a complete refund. We only ever charge what's required to cover shipping expenses.
If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact our support team and we'll assist in arranging an appropriate delivery option.
For Trade Customers:
Trade customers receive discounted pricing but are not eligible for free shipping. Delivery charges will be
provided by email after the order is submitted. If the expense isn't acceptable, you'll have the option to cancel
for a complete refund. We pass on shipping fees at cost, with no markup.
For Customers Outside Spain:
We don't offer complimentary shipping outside Spain (Mallorca and mainland Spain). Once your order is placed, we'll email you a delivery quote. If you decide not to proceed, you can cancel the order without charge. As always, shipping costs are passed on at the rate we incur.
Spanish Islands and Remote Areas:
Delivery to the Canary Islands, other Balearic Islands (not Mallorca), Ceuta, Melilla and other remote Spanish territories may incur additional delivery fees due to carrier surcharges. We'll email you a shipping quote after your order is placed, with the option to cancel if the charge isn't suitable.
