Qualifying terms and conditions

• The Best Price Guarantee applies to identical products including all specific options and is based on the total delivered cost for the same quantity.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer with a published, currently advertised price.
• Price adjustments include standard shipping charges but exclude oversized freight costs.
• This guarantee cannot be combined with trade discounts, project pricing, or specialized coupon offers.
• It does not apply to clearance items, liquidations, discontinued stock, open-box returns, or typographical errors.
• Items with extended backorders or unusually long production lead times are excluded.
• Lightsource Studio reserves the right to verify if a competitor's offer represents a fair comparison and to decline sales below cost.
