From boutique residential projects to standout commercial spaces, we combine creativity with technical precision to transform the way people experience light.
We're looking for a Business Development Consultant to drive growth and build strong relationships. If you have experience selling interior products — whether furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, textiles, or other design elements — and love connecting with clients and growing opportunities, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and approach new clients to introduce our products and services.
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing the deal, with support from our technical and design team.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with homeowners, designers, architects, and businesses.
- Keep up to date with interior trends and spot new business opportunities to support ongoing growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales or business development experience within interiors (furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, or similar).
- Confidence in presenting products and guiding clients through the buying process.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
- Commercially focused, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Well-organised and able to manage your own schedule.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
