The Visual Comfort Linden Medium Table Lamp delivers on all three. Designed by Kelly Wearstler, it pairs a ceramic base — dressed in rows of raised spherical studs and finished in either Plaster White or Black — with polished brass-toned metallic accents at the pedestal, neck, and finial. The tapered drum shade in a smooth, matte white fabric provides the contrast that ties the composition together. It's a lamp that reads as both sculptural object and functional light source.

The lamp uses an E27 keyless socket with an inline cord switch — E27 is the standard large screw-cap bulb fitting common across Europe and the US — and is rated for up to 60W. IP20 means it's designed for dry indoor environments: living rooms and bedrooms are ideal placements. A lamp or bulb is not included, so you'll need to source an E27 bulb separately; a warm white LED equivalent of around 8–10W will serve well. Weight is 6.4kg, so the surface it sits on should be stable and level.
