The Visual Comfort Esculpa Wall Light is a sculptural, surface-mounted decorative wall light with an organic, asymmetric form reminiscent of a smoothed pebble or river stone. Designed by Kelly Wearstler, the fixture features a deep concave recess integrated into the upper half of the form, housing the light source beneath a hooded edge that controls glare and throws light inward to illuminate the richly textured metal cavity. The result is a warm, intimate glow that makes the fixture itself as much the feature as the light it casts. With an IP44 rating, it can be specified in bathrooms and sheltered exterior positions as well as interior accent locations.

The Esculpa is constructed from metal with a hand-finished, heavily textured surface — subtle pitting and surface irregularities give each piece an artisanal, almost primitive quality that sits in deliberate contrast with its sophisticated finish options. It is available in Museum Brass and Museum Bronze, both characterised by aged, patinated tones with darker depth in the crevices and warmer highlights on the raised surfaces.
