The Visual Comfort Cona Floor Lamp, designed by Kelly Wearstler, is an ultra-minimalist reinterpretation of the classic pharmacy lamp — reduced to its purest geometric lines. A slender cylindrical stem rises from a low-profile circular base, meeting a pivoting angled arm that allows precise repositioning of the light head. The integrated 15W LED delivers 1,200 lumens of directed output with a dedicated built-in dimmer, and all wiring is concealed within the metal frame. Height adjusts between 108cm and 163.8cm, with arm extension ranging from 44.4cm to 60.3cm, giving genuine flexibility across different room layouts and seating heights. IP20 rated, it is suitable for dry interior spaces.

Kelly Wearstler's design intent is legible in every detail: no excess, no ornamentation — just considered proportion and a profile that reads as architectural rather than decorative. The finish does the heavy lifting aesthetically. The Cona is available in Polished Nickel, Bronze, and Antique-Burnished Brass, each amplifying the lamp's streamlined metalwork in a distinct direction — cool and refined, warm and grounded, or richly aged.

The lamp arrives as a complete, self-contained unit. The LED source and dimmer are integrated — no separate driver, no external transformer, no lamp to source. Height and extension are field-adjustable within the stated ranges. With an 8.6kg base and a 24.1cm circular footprint, the lamp is stable without being bulky. IP20 Class II means it is designed for standard dry interior environments and does not require an earth connection in the mains circuit.
