One of the most common specification missteps with decorative architectural lighting is choosing a fitting that looks strong in isolation but loses its character once installed — either because the form reads as too busy, too flat, or simply fails to hold its own against the architecture around it. The Stilnovo Xilema, designed by Edin Dedovic, does exactly that. Three intersecting slender linear bars — one long horizontal, two shorter diagonals — radiate from a low-profile central mount to create an asymmetric geometric composition with genuine sculptural presence. The integrated light sources run along the bars, emitting ambient and decorative illumination outward from the surface. Rated IP20, it is suited to dry interior environments and is designed for hardwired installation with internal cable management for a clean, hardware-free finish.

The Xilema's ultra-slim rectangular bar profile and dynamic, 'pick-up sticks' arrangement give it the quality of a drawn line in space — static yet full of movement. It reads equally well on a ceiling or a wall, shifting character depending on placement. The fitting is available in two finishes: Aluminium and White, allowing it to either recede into a pale interior or assert itself as a contrast element.

As a surface-mounted integrated LED fitting rated IP20, the Xilema is intended for indoor dry locations. Installation is hardwired with no visible external hardware.
