Sikrea Miley Decorative Wall Light

Choosing a decorative wall light that genuinely earns its place on a wall — rather than just filling one — is harder than it sounds. The wrong piece either disappears into the scheme or fights it. The Sikrea Miley is designed to do neither.

For decorative wall lights, the diffuser is the key decision. It determines how light behaves in the room: whether it scatters softly across a surface, creates sparkle, or produces hard contrast. A faceted, translucent diffuser like the Miley's geometric acrylic upper section does something a plain shade cannot — it refracts light into a quietly dynamic pattern, adding ambience without drama. CRI 90 means colours in the room read accurately under it, which matters in living spaces where finish selections and artwork need to look right.

The Sikrea Miley Decorative Wall Light is a circular cast aluminium ring mounted at a deliberate tilted angle from a compact circular backplate. The upper half of the ring is formed from a faceted acrylic diffuser with small pyramid-shaped facets that scatter and refract light to create warmth and atmosphere. The lower half is a smooth, sleek metal frame that grounds the piece. With a CRI of 90 (a measure of how accurately the light renders colour, where 90+ is considered excellent) and an IP20 rating (suitable for dry interior rooms), it is suited to living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and similar interior environments.

The design draws its character from the contrast between two surfaces: a refined, minimalist metal base and a crystalline, textured upper segment. The asymmetric, offset ring silhouette gives it a modern quality that reads well in both contemporary and transitional interiors. The Miley is available in Matt Black or Platinum — two finishes that sit at opposite ends of the tonal spectrum and suit very different schemes.

The Miley carries an IP20 rating, confirming it is designed for dry indoor locations only — not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use. Lamp, driver, and transformer information should be confirmed at point of specification; contact Lightsource Mallorca to clarify requirements before ordering.
