Sikrea Liam Pendant Light

Choosing a statement pendant is rarely just about aesthetics — the real challenge is finding one that does two things at once: create atmosphere and deliver functional light, without compromise. Most decorative pendants force you to choose between the two.

For spaces where both mood and task lighting matter — a dining table, a reception desk, a feature zone — the answer lies in dual-source design. A halo ring provides soft, diffused ambient light (light that fills a space rather than directing it), while a secondary aperture focuses a beam downward for task use. CRI, or Colour Rendering Index, tells you how accurately a light source shows colours; at 90, the Liam renders materials and surfaces with notable fidelity.

The Sikrea Liam Pendant Light is an Italian-designed suspension fixture built around this dual-function principle. A slender vertical rod intersects a circular ring at a diagonal angle — an architectural silhouette that is immediately distinctive. The ring houses an integrated light source with a translucent diffuser for a soft halo effect, while a small aperture at the base of the rod delivers a concentrated downward beam. CRI 90 ensures both light sources perform well where colour accuracy counts. IP20 rated, the Liam is suited to dry interior environments.

The Liam is constructed from extruded aluminium with a smooth metal finish, giving it a clean, precise character that reads well in contemporary and minimalist interiors. It is available in Matt Black and Brushed Brass — two finishes that sit at opposite ends of the mood spectrum, from pared-back urban to warm and considered.

The Liam is designed for hardwired ceiling installation via its suspension cable. As an IP20 fixture, it is suitable for dry rooms only — dining rooms, living areas, lobbies, and similar spaces. Please confirm driver and lamp requirements with your supplier prior to specification, as included components should be verified against the specific variant ordered.

At Lightsource Mallorca, we work with products like the Sikrea Liam because they earn their place in a specification — solving a real lighting brief rather than simply filling a space. Whether you are designing a single-room scheme or coordinating a full project, we help you select, specify, and source the right fixture at the right price, with the lead-time awareness to keep your project on track.
