Sikrea Anna Ceiling Light

Choosing a statement ceiling light that balances visual impact with everyday function is rarely straightforward. Get it wrong and you end up with something that dominates a room for the wrong reasons — too heavy, too directional, or simply out of scale. The Anna is designed to sidestep exactly that problem.

For a fitting like this, the key decisions centre on light distribution and aesthetic coherence. Six exposed globe bulbs arranged across three intersecting arms means light spreads across a wide horizontal and diagonal plane — what lighting designers call multi-directional ambient output. The exposed bulb format also means the bulb shape is part of the design, so the choice of globe lamp matters visually as much as technically.

The Sikrea Anna is a semi-flush, surface-mounted ceiling light from the Anna collection by Sikrea. Its central vertical stem is intersected by three offset arms at varying heights, each holding two exposed globe sockets — six bulbs in total. The asymmetric arrangement creates a dynamic, three-dimensional profile in the Sputnik tradition, finished in brushed gold-toned metal. IP20 rated, it is suited to dry interior spaces.

The fixture is constructed from metal with a brushed gold or brass finish, pairing a slender geometric frame with opaque white globe bulbs for a high-contrast, mid-century modern aesthetic. The flat circular canopy mounts directly to a standard ceiling rose, making it a considered choice for living rooms, dining areas, hallways, or any interior space where architectural character and ambient warmth are the brief.

The Anna is IP20 rated, confirming suitability for dry interior zones. Lamp type and driver requirements should be confirmed at point of specification — globe-form E27 lamps are the natural fit given the exposed socket design, and dimming compatibility will depend on lamp and dimmer selection. Ceiling void clearance requirements are minimal given the semi-flush mounting configuration.

At Lightsource Mallorca, we work with fittings like the Sikrea Anna as part of a curated, design-led portfolio selected for both visual quality and real-world specification integrity. We can advise on compatible lamp types, dimming options, and installation constraints — so the fixture you specify on paper is the one that performs as expected on site.
