For a lamped pendant like this one, the key specification questions are simple: what bulb goes in, can it dim, and how much drop do you need? The Ensemble takes a standard E27 lamp — the most common screw-fit base — rated up to 60W or an LED equivalent. Dimming is supported when paired with a compatible leading-edge or trailing-edge dimmer switch (not included); always check your dimmer is rated for LED loads if you're going that route.

The Quintiesse Ensemble Single Pendant is a single-light, hardwired ceiling pendant featuring an open rectangular cage frame — four vertical and eight horizontal bars of square-edged metal tubing — that frames an exposed Edison-style bulb as the deliberate focal point. It delivers unobstructed light distribution in all directions, making it as functional as it is decorative. Dimensions are H: 297mm, D: 178mm, with a minimum drop of 359mm and a maximum of 2,069mm.

The design pairs a minimalist geometric silhouette with a warm, tactile finish. The Ensemble is available in Polished Nickel and Brushed Bronze, with a matching square ceiling canopy and black flexible suspension cable. The nearly 2m of cable allows genuine flexibility in hanging height, and the fixture is also suitable for sloped ceilings. It can additionally be configured as a wall light where ceiling mounting isn't practical.

No driver or transformer is required — this is a direct-mains E27 lamped fitting. The bulb is not included; Edison-style filament bulbs (E27) are recommended to complement the open-frame aesthetic, though any E27 LED up to the equivalent of 60W will work. The fitting is hardwired into a ceiling junction box and comes with a 2-year warranty.
