The Quintiesse Chance Semi-Flush Ceiling Light answers both briefs. Its flower-like scalloped silhouette — shared by both the metal drum frame and the etched opal glass diffuser — sets it apart from standard drum flush mounts. Rivet detailing along the top and bottom rims and a trio of gently curved support arms give it an industrial backbone, while the soft petal-edged diffuser keeps the overall effect warm and considered.

The Chance is available in three finishes: Polished Nickel with Polished White, Heritage Brass, and Blackened Brass — each offering a different read on the same transitional, industrial-inflected form. Whether the project calls for something light and refined or dark and characterful, there is a finish to match.

The fitting takes 2 x E27 lamps up to 60W, or LED equivalents — lamps are not included. It is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch (not included); confirm dimmer compatibility with your lamp choice before specifying. The etched opal glass diffuser softens output and distributes light evenly, and the central finial doubles as the access point for bulb replacement.
