Made in Spain, it features a tapered drum shade handbraided from recycled cord — each shade uses approximately 140 metres of cord, produced from around 46 recycled 1.5-litre plastic bottles. The black metal canopy and stem provide a grounded, clean counterpoint to the textured shade, and the open weave allows light to filter softly through the cord while the open base delivers direct downward illumination.

The shade's braided texture adds visual warmth and coastal character without feeling decorative in the wrong context — it works as well in a contemporary villa setting as it does in a more rustic finca environment. Finishes are available in Mustard, Stone, White, Blue, Beige, Olive, Silver, Dark Green, Grey, Terracotta, Mocha, Black, Maroon, and Cognac — enough range to coordinate with almost any palette.

The fitting accepts a single E27 LED lamp, which is not included — this gives you control over colour temperature and output to suit the space. The canopy is designed for flat-surface mounting to a standard electrical junction box. IP66 rating supports use in covered outdoor zones. A 3-year warranty is provided. Note: lamp selection will affect both ambience and energy performance, so consider warm white (2700–3000K) for terrace settings.
