Can I mix shade and hook finishes within the same installation?
Yes — that's a core feature of the JIM system. Shades are available in Matt Black or Matt Champagne, and suspension hooks in Honey or Grey. You can mix combinations freely across a multi-drop composition.

What IP rating does the JIM pendant carry, and where can it be installed?
JIM is rated IP20, which means it is suitable for dry indoor environments only. It is not appropriate for bathrooms, wet rooms, or any space with significant humidity or moisture exposure.

Is a lamp or bulb included with the JIM pendant?
Lamp inclusion is not confirmed in the product data. Please check with us at point of order — we can advise on the right source type and confirm what ships with the fitting.

Is the JIM pendant suitable for dimming?
Dimming compatibility depends on the lamp and driver configuration used. We recommend confirming your dimming method — phase, TRIAC, or 0–10V — with us before specifying, so we can ensure the correct setup for your project.

How is the JIM pendant suspended and installed?
JIM hangs from a single thin cable that threads through the translucent loop hook at the top of the shade. The loop also acts as a cable-management detail. Specific ceiling fixings and canopy options should be confirmed at the time of order.
