The base and internal support structure are finished in metal with a satin champagne-gold or terra tone, forming an industrial-inspired framework that doubles as the primary structural support for the shade — a detail that rewards closer inspection. Rated IP20, the Flar is designed for interior use in dry locations.

The Flar is available in four finish combinations — Champagne/Honey, Champagne/Turquoise, Terra/Honey, and Terra/Turquoise — pairing two base tones with two glass colourways. Each combination shifts the character of the lamp subtly: the honey glass leans warmer and more golden, while the turquoise introduces a cooler, more contemporary edge.

As a lamped decorative fitting, the Flar works with a standard filament-style LED bulb appropriate to its fitting type. Its IP20 rating means it is suited to dry interior zones — living rooms, bedrooms, studies, and hospitality spaces — but should not be specified in bathrooms or covered outdoor areas.
