The Lodes A-Tube Surface Downlight is an IP20-rated interior ceiling light designed by the Italian brand Lodes. Available in a ceiling-mount version in four lengths (14, 30, 60 and 100 cm), it can be fixed directly to the ceiling via a simple metal attachment. The suspension version offers three lengths (30, 60 and 100 cm), suitable for use as single pendants or combined on canopies for multi-pendant compositions. Its GU10 light source makes lamp replacement straightforward without specialist tools.

The design language is one of dynamic essentiality — a phrase that actually means something here. The extreme height-to-width ratio makes A-Tube visually striking whether used alone as a statement piece, in a neat row above a bench, or grouped in rhythmic cluster compositions of varying lengths. Available in Matt Black and Matt White, it integrates cleanly with both contemporary and minimal interiors.

A-Tube is rated IP20, making it suitable for dry interior spaces only — not bathrooms or covered outdoor areas. It accepts a standard GU10 lamp, which is not included; we recommend specifying a dimmable LED GU10 and pairing it with a compatible TRIAC or leading-edge dimmer for best results. The ceiling version mounts directly via a simple metal plate; no separate driver or transformer is required. Confirm ceiling void depth and preferred length before ordering, as sizes are non-interchangeable once installed.
