Which fixtures is the RISER compatible with?
The RISER is designed exclusively for use with In-Lite SCOPE fixtures. It is not a universal riser pole, so confirm your fixture model is from the SCOPE range before ordering.

Is a ground pin included, or do I need to purchase one separately?
A glass fibre reinforced plastic ground pin is included as standard. You have everything needed for a soil installation straight out of the box.

What is the fixed height of the RISER?
The RISER has a fixed height of 35 cm. This is optimised for elevating a SCOPE fixture above low-lying vegetation and ground-level planting. No adjustable or alternative height options are available in this model.

How is the cable managed within the RISER?
The RISER features integrated cable management — the connector cable is routed through the interior of the pole and protected at its entry point by a built-in grommet, keeping the installation neat and the cable shielded from abrasion.

Why is anodised aluminium used rather than standard painted metal?
Anodising is an electrochemical surface treatment that hardens the aluminium and bonds the finish into the material itself, rather than sitting on top as paint does. This makes it significantly more resistant to corrosion, UV degradation, and the kind of surface damage that outdoor conditions accelerate over time.
