The Elstead Minster Chandelier is a five-light fitting designed specifically for lower-ceiling spaces. Made in England by Elstead — a long-established British lighting manufacturer — the Minster range delivers a traditional country aesthetic through its five radiating arms, distinctive looped metal wire drapes, and cream candle-style sleeves set against circular metal saucers. The textured matte black metalwork carries a forged, wrought-iron quality, and the contrast between dark frame and cream candle sleeves gives it an honest, grounded character. It is rated IP20, meaning it is suitable for dry indoor areas — living rooms, hallways, dining rooms, and similar spaces.

The Minster is available in three finishes: Ivory/Gold, Black/Gold, and Black — allowing it to suit warm traditional interiors as well as more graphic, contrasting schemes. The range also accepts optional glass, offering further versatility without changing the fitting itself. The semi-flush conversion option means ceiling height need not be a compromise.

The Minster accepts five candelabra-style lamps (bulbs not included). As with all open candelabra fittings, lamp choice will influence the ambient effect — flame-tipped clear lamps reinforce the traditional aesthetic. No driver or transformer is required; this is a directly wired mains fitting. IP20 rating confirms it is intended for indoor dry locations only. Installation is via the supplied chain suspension, with the semi-flush conversion possible using the included components.
