Gold canopy and crystal-style globes: modern-glam focal point

Choosing a decorative multi-pendant often feels straightforward until you're on-site and realise the drop lengths won't suit the ceiling height, the integrated LEDs aren't compatible with your dimmer, or the scale is wrong for the space. Getting these details right before ordering saves real time and cost.

For integrated LED pendants like this, the key questions are dimming compatibility and drop flexibility. Built-in LEDs cannot be swapped for alternative lamps, so understanding what the fixture offers from the outset is essential. IP20 means the fitting is rated for fully interior, dry locations only — not suitable for bathrooms or covered outdoor areas.

The Lucide Cintra is a three-light pendant featuring faceted, crystal-style acrylic globes suspended at staggered heights from a square brass-finish ceiling canopy. Each globe measures 11 × 11 × 9.8 cm, and the drop is height-adjustable between 50 and 150 cm per pendant — giving meaningful flexibility during installation. The built-in LED light source is dimmable, with a CRI of 85, meaning colours render naturally and faithfully under its light. The canopy measures 25 × 25 × 3.6 cm and provides a clean, minimal anchor point for the three suspension cables.

The Cintra's aesthetic sits firmly in modern-glam territory — a minimalist square gold canopy contrasted with ornate, faceted globes that refract and scatter light to create a sparkling ambient effect. The combination of brushed gold metalwork and clear crystal-style acrylic reads as considered rather than fussy, making it a credible focal point above a dining table, in a living room, or as a statement in an entrance hall. No finish variants are listed, so the gold and clear combination is the defining character of this range.

The integrated LED is built into each shade — no separate driver or lamp purchase is required. Dimmability is confirmed, though we recommend verifying dimmer compatibility with your electrician before specifying, as not all leading-edge or trailing-edge dimmers suit all integrated LED modules. The fixture is rated IP20, making it suitable for dry interior zones only. Structural mounting is via the ceiling canopy; consult your installer regarding ceiling fixing requirements for the combined weight of the three-pendant assembly.

FAQs

Does the Lucide Cintra come with bulbs or lamps?

No separate bulbs are needed. The Cintra has a built-in integrated LED light source in each shade — it's ready to wire and use without any additional lamp purchase.

Can I dim the Cintra with my existing dimmer switch?

The integrated LED is confirmed dimmable, but not all dimmer switches are compatible with all LED modules. We recommend checking your dimmer type — whether it's leading-edge or trailing-edge — with your electrician before installing.

Can I adjust the drop height of each pendant?

Yes. Each of the three pendants is height-adjustable between 50 cm and 150 cm, giving you real flexibility to suit your ceiling height and create the staggered arrangement shown.

Is the Lucide Cintra suitable for a bathroom?

No. The Cintra is rated IP20, which means it's designed for dry interior rooms only — living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and hallways. It is not suitable for bathrooms or any damp or wet zones.

What is the size of the canopy and each shade?

Each faceted globe shade measures 11 × 11 × 9.8 cm. The ceiling canopy is 25 × 25 × 3.6 cm and serves as the single mounting point from which all three pendant cables emerge.
