Designed by Rafa Alonso — a new voice in A-Emotional Light's Spanish studio — Lea takes its inspiration from stars, dreams, and the guiding presence of a teacher. The shade's organic, asymmetrical form is built from a rigid, finely perforated mesh that creates a shimmering, translucent effect when lit: light filters through thousands of tiny perforations while the rippled, cocoon-like exterior casts a dynamic interplay of light and shadow across surrounding surfaces. An asymmetrical opening at the base adds a directed downward component, so the fixture illuminates both the room and the surface beneath it.
Lea is available in two finishes — White and Grey — allowing it to sit within a range of interior palettes, from soft, neutral schemes to more considered monochromatic spaces. The sculptural silhouette ensures it reads as an intentional design statement regardless of finish choice.
Lea is rated IP20 — suitable for dry interior spaces only; not appropriate for bathrooms or exposed outdoor areas. The fixture is available in an LED version. A single-point suspension cable connects to a brushed metal ceiling canopy, with drop height adjustable at installation.
