Visual Comfort Norman One Light Pendant

The overall effect is architectural and composed — mid-century modern in its proportions, with an industrial edge. The Norman is rated IP20, making it suitable for dry interior locations.

The design is defined by its high-contrast pairing of matte black and polished chrome — a combination that reads equally well in contemporary, transitional, and industrial interiors. The Norman is available in two finishes: Satin Brass and Chrome, each shifting the character of the piece subtly — one warmer and more artisanal, the other cooler and more precise. The fixture is constructed in metal throughout, with a cord-hung suspension and matching chrome ceiling canopy for a clean hardwired finish at the ceiling.

The Norman is an IP20-rated interior pendant. Cord-hung suspension allows for adjustable hanging height during installation, and the chrome canopy provides a neat ceiling connection. As with all pendant fittings, confirm ceiling height and table or surface clearance at specification stage to get the drop right first time.
