The Visual Comfort Griffin Tail Sconce is a decorative interior wall light designed by Amber Lewis as part of the Griffin collection. The defining feature is its elongated lower stem — the 'tail' — which terminates in a small circular loop finial, giving the fixture a distinctive vertical silhouette unlike a standard sconce. A section of the stem is wrapped in hand-stitched leather, combining industrial metalwork with a richly tactile, crafted detail. The tapered conical linen shade diffuses light with softness, reinforcing the fixture's ambient, atmosphere-first character. The square backplate mounts cleanly to the wall.

The Griffin Tail Sconce is available in two finishes: Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass with Saddle Leather, and Bronze with Chocolate Leather — each pairing metal tone with a complementary leather wrap for a cohesive material story. Both options work well in layered, design-led interiors where textural contrast is intentional.

This is an IP20-rated interior fixture, suited to dry rooms only.
