Table lamps like the Culloden are lamped fittings — meaning the light source is a replaceable bulb rather than an integrated LED module. The E27 socket (the standard large screw fitting) accepts a wide range of bulbs, and the inline switch on the cable keeps operation simple. The Visual Comfort Culloden Table Lamp is a decorative ceramic table lamp designed by Aerin Lauder as part of the Visual Comfort Signature Collection. Standing 82.6 cm tall with a 45.8 cm linen drum shade, it delivers generous ambient light with a considered, artisanal presence. The reactive ceramic glaze — applied by hand — means no two bases are identical in colour or texture, which is exactly the point.

The Culloden is available in four reactive glaze finishes: Bone Craquelure, Blue Lagoon, Pebbled Aquamarine, and Volcanic Ivory. Each finish produces its own tonal variation; the glaze is inherently variable, so expect subtle differences between pieces. Metallic accents in a gold or brass tone appear on the base plate, neck socket, and top finial, adding a clean counterpoint to the organic ceramic form.

The lamp uses an E27 keyless socket with an inline line switch — no separate dimmer or driver required. Maximum lamp wattage is 100 W (check your chosen bulb type against this). The shade measures 45.8 cm x 45.8 cm x 28 cm and is secured via an internal harp assembly with a small finial at the top. The lamp weighs 6.8 kg, so a stable surface is advisable. IP20 Class II — suitable for dry interior zones only.
