The LZF New Wave Pendant is a hand-crafted wood veneer pendant designed by Ray Power for LZF, a Spanish studio with deep roots in bentwood craftsmanship. Its defining characteristic is a ribbon-like, undulating 'S' curve form — a conical shade that has been sculpted into flowing, asymmetrical curves, creating a different silhouette depending on where you stand. The interior is finished in a contrasting off-white, directing light downward and creating warm ambience within the curved structure. The shade is suspended on fine tension cables, giving it a floating quality that keeps the overall aesthetic minimal despite the boldness of the form. The fixture carries an IP20 rating, making it suitable for dry interior spaces.

The New Wave is available in three colourway combinations — Blue/Yellow, Red/Yellow, and Natural Cherry/Ivory White — each pairing the exterior wood veneer tone with a complementary interior finish. The Natural Cherry/Ivory White option leans into the material's warmth, while the coloured variants introduce a more expressive, design-forward character.

Dimming control is available in three configurations: DALI, 0–10V, and Dimmable Bulb. The correct choice depends on your control system and installation context — if you are specifying into a smart lighting or scene-control environment, DALI or 0–10V will integrate more cleanly. For residential projects without a control bus, the Dimmable Bulb option paired with a compatible phase dimmer is typically the simpler route.
