Lola's conical shade is hand-constructed from woven wood veneer strips arranged in an intricate three-dimensional diamond lattice, with scalloped edges at the top and bottom rim. When lit, the shade diffuses light softly outward while projecting delicate geometric shadow patterns into the surrounding space — functional ambience and sculptural detail in one. The lamp is rated IP20, appropriate for dry interior locations.
The shade is available in two wood veneer finishes — Ivory White and Natural Beech — each offering a different warmth of tone and light diffusion character. The tripod metal base, which forms a distinctive visual 'waist' at its crossing point mid-height, is available in Matt Nickel, Matt Ivory, Gold, and Matt Black, allowing close coordination with furniture and architectural metalwork across a wide range of interior palettes.
Lola accepts an E27 bulb (Edison screw, the standard large fitting), which gives you flexibility over colour temperature and dimming — provided any dimmer switch used is compatible with the chosen bulb type.
