What is the difference between EVO FLEX and EVO FLEX TONE?
EVO FLEX offers dimmable warm-white light only. EVO FLEX TONE adds colour-tunable capability — you can dim between warm white and a full colour range using the in-lite app. If you only need warm white, EVO FLEX is the simpler option; FLEX TONE gives you more creative control.

How tight can the EVO FLEX TONE bend?
It has a minimum bending radius of 3 cm, which is tight enough to follow most organic garden shapes, step corners, and curved borders without kinking or creating flat spots in the light output.

Does the EVO FLEX TONE need a separate driver or transformer?
It connects into the in-lite low-voltage ecosystem using a proprietary plug-and-play connector. You will need a compatible in-lite transformer — the strip itself does not include one. At specification stage, we'll confirm the right transformer capacity for your total connected load.

Do I need special accessories to go around corners?
Yes. Straight runs and gentle curves are handled by the strip's own flexibility, but sharper directional changes — such as a 90-degree corner on a step — require specific In-Lite corner accessories. It's worth confirming accessory requirements before finalising your order.

How is the light controlled and dimmed?
Dimming and colour selection are managed through the in-lite app. There is no physical wall dimmer required — control is wireless via the app, which also allows you to switch back to warm white from any colour setting at any time.
