Elstead Sweet Olive Chandelier

Choosing a decorative chandelier for a key interior space carries real risk — get the scale, style, or finish wrong and it becomes the focal point for all the wrong reasons. The Sweet Olive range is designed to anchor a room with organic elegance, but it helps to understand exactly what you're committing to before it goes on the ceiling.

For a chandelier like this, the critical decisions are around placement, lamp choice, and ambient light output. IP20 means this is rated for fully indoor, dry locations only — dining rooms, entrance halls, living spaces — not bathrooms or covered terraces with moisture exposure. The candle-style sockets take standard lamp bases, so you have control over warmth and output when you source your bulbs.

The Elstead Sweet Olive Chandelier is a three-light suspension fixture inspired by the flowing branches and leaves of an olive tree. Each of the three curved arms carries a candle-style sleeve in a scalloped drip pan, topped with a flame-shaped clear glass bulb position. Metal leaf accents appear at the crown and at the base of each arm, with small faceted crystal droplets catching and refracting light at the tips. A central crystal medallion hangs at the base of the fixture as the decorative centrepiece.

The finish is a hand-patinated Gilded Gold — a textured, slightly aged gold tone that reads as classical without being heavy. The silhouette is organic and refined, sitting comfortably in both traditional and transitional interiors. This is a single-finish, single-configuration product; what you see is what ships.

The chandelier suspends on a metal chain from a ceiling loop, with a coiled metal ring gathering the structural elements near the top of the fixture. It is rated IP20, suitable for dry indoor use only. Lamps are not included — flame-shaped candle bulbs are recommended to complement the candle sleeve design. Confirm ceiling height and chain drop requirements before ordering to ensure correct proportion.
