The Elstead Halleron Outdoor Pedestal Lantern is a three-light exterior fitting built from aluminium with clear seeded glass — the small internal air bubbles in the glass scatter and warm the light gently, giving the globe a soft glow without harsh points of brightness. It is part of Elstead's Halleron collection, a range rooted in Victorian design language: a large spherical globe framed by vertical metal ribs, a distinctive equatorial band with rectangular cutouts, and a tiered pedestal base with fluted detailing. The Halleron pedestal lantern is available in two finishes: Londonderry and Burnished Bronze — both dark, weathered metallic tones that sit naturally alongside stone, render, and traditional ironwork. The finial at the top of the globe unscrews to allow lamp replacement and glass cleaning, which is a practical detail worth noting before installation. Overall dimensions are H: 696mm × D: 305mm, designed for mounting on flat exterior surfaces such as brick piers, stone copings, or purpose-made post tops.

Three E14 lamps are required but not included. The lantern is compatible with dimmable lamps, so if dimming is part of your lighting control scheme, choose dimmable E14 sources and confirm compatibility with your dimmer type — phase-cut (TRIAC) dimmers are the most common for lamp-based fittings. No driver or transformer is required; this is a direct-mains lamped fitting. IP44 rating applies as standard across both finish options.
