Its square outer frame features a decorative stepped moulded profile characteristic of classical architectural plasterwork, surrounding a circular recessed aperture. With a CRI of 92 — meaning colours are rendered with high accuracy and natural fidelity — and an IP20 rating suitable for dry interior spaces, the Pixo is well-suited to living rooms, hallways, bedrooms, and refined hospitality environments where ceiling continuity matters.

Constructed from plaster or ceramic, the Pixo arrives with a smooth matte white surface that accepts emulsion paint, allowing it to be finished to match the surrounding ceiling exactly. The result is a fitting that disappears entirely into the architecture once decorated. With two variants available, there is flexibility to suit different ceiling configurations or lamp preferences.

As a plaster fitting, the Pixo requires careful co-ordination at installation stage — it should be built into the ceiling during first fix, with the lamp and driver infrastructure planned before boarding or plastering is completed. The IP20 rating confirms this fitting is intended for interior dry locations only; it is not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use.
