The Project
The NI Chamber of Commerce was formed in 1783 and have represented the interests of local business in NI for over 230 years. The new offices have been designed by 1080 with people in mind.
From the moment you walk in to reception you know that you are in a special place. There is a focus on healthy working habits, from height adjustable desks to high quality lighting. There is an emphasis on collaborative space, with large meeting rooms and smaller collaboration pods strategically positioned around the office space. Strong primary colours have been used throughout with uplifting fixtures and textures that create a modern and luxurious feel.
The Lighting
There is an abundance of quality when it comes to the lighting scheme of the NICC offices. Kalis from Intra Lighting provide high output, low glare linear lighting is used extensively throughout the meeting and open areas.
Wever and Ducre surface mounted spotlights illuminate passageways and the Voronoi pendants from Tala create stunning centrepieces in the breakout and meeting pod areas.
Recessed LED strip provides accent to the bespoke joinery work that is present throughout.
