The Project
Bank Square is home to Kerr Properties head quarters. Minimal lines and a ‘no-fuss’ interior were the key design guidelines in this beautifully finished office. Lightsource Studio worked in partnership with Mr. Smyth design to ensure the crisp, clean lines were highlighted with exactly the right type of lighting.
The Lighting
The lighting scheme in this modern office building has been kept clean and simple. Custom made linear lighting from Intra Lighting provides the perfect amount of lighting to every workspace and surface. Almost every aspect of the Kalis range is customisable, from mounting type to optics, making it the perfect solution for offices spaces. Recessed led lighting accents the masterful joinery throughout the building.
