Client Description
Eatao is a vibrant new Asian restaurant situated in the busy Rushmere shopping centre in Craigavon. Eatao serves a mix of buffet style dishes, fresh dished and delicious homemade sushi. Eatao wanted their restaurant to feel bright and bring the outside in. Pastel colours, large windows and a range of seating options means that you can choose the perfect spot to enjoy your food.
The Lighting
It was a lot of fun choosing the lighting for this vibrant space. The large floral wall at the back of the restaurant is complimented by an LED strip that surrounds it. Palma pendants from Vibia allow for further fauna to be brought indoors as the range incorporates plant pots into the design.
General lighting is provided by subtle yet ‘punchy’ recessed downlights that are colour matched to the ceiling. LED strip outlines the counter and large cabinet fridge. Further decorative lighting from Linea Light and Foscarini add depth to the lighting scheme as they outline the large bench seating area and hang over the individual tables in the restaurant.
