How do you handle products with long lead times?

We flag lead time issues early so you can plan around them or choose alternatives. For critical items with extended lead times, we recommend ordering early even if other project details aren't finalised.

What if I need to change the order after placing it?

Changes before production are usually straightforward. Changes after production has started may incur costs depending on the product and manufacturer. We'll always be transparent about implications before you commit.
