What is the difference between the two Medusa versions?
One version has the light source in the static upper ring, washing ambient light upward and enhancing the sculptural form from above. The other has the light in the mobile lower ring, allowing it to be angled toward a surface for more focused illumination. Both share the same wireframe silhouette and are available in Small and Large.

What sizes is the Medusa available in?
The Medusa pendant is available in two sizes: Small and Large. The right choice depends on ceiling height, room footprint, and whether the fixture is intended as the primary focal point or one element within a broader lighting scheme. We are happy to advise during specification.

Can the suspension height be adjusted?
Yes. The Medusa is suspended from its ceiling canopy via three thin black cables, and height can be adjusted at the point of installation. Confirm final drop length requirements before installation, particularly in rooms with lower or irregular ceiling heights.

What material is the Medusa made from?
The entire fixture — mesh, frame, stem, and suspension hardware — is constructed from fine vertical wire metal mesh with a uniform matte black finish. This construction gives the pendant its characteristic transparency and allows light to diffuse through the structure rather than being blocked by it.

Is the Medusa suitable for use as the sole light source in a room?
The ambient version works well as a primary decorative light source in living, dining, or hospitality settings where atmosphere is the goal. For spaces requiring more functional illumination, the directional lower-ring version or a combination with supplementary lighting is worth considering.
