Is the LED light source included, or do I need to purchase it separately?
The LED is fully integrated into the fitting — it is built into the aluminium body and included as standard. There is no separate lamp or bulb to source.

Does the Puzzle Double Square require an external driver or transformer?
No external driver is required. The fitting operates directly from a standard 220–240V AC mains supply, simplifying installation considerably.

What colour temperatures are available, and which should I choose?
The Puzzle Double Square is available in 2700K (a warmer, more golden tone — well suited to living rooms and bedrooms) or 3000K (a slightly crisper white, often preferred in contemporary or open-plan spaces). Both deliver CRI 92.

What does a CRI of 92 mean in practice?
CRI — Colour Rendering Index — measures how accurately a light source reveals the true colours of objects compared to natural daylight. At 92 out of 100, the Puzzle renders wall finishes, fabrics, and artwork with very high fidelity and minimal colour distortion.

Is this fitting suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use?
No. The Puzzle Double Square is rated IP20, which means it is suitable for dry interior locations only. It is not appropriate for bathrooms, wet rooms, or any outdoor application.
