What makes the Luna different from a standard upward-facing ground light?
The Luna projects its beam at a diagonal angle — its name literally means Light Under 'N Angle. This gives you even, wide coverage across vertical garden elements like hedges, fences, and walls, rather than a concentrated upward spot that leaves the top of the feature in shadow.

Is the Luna suitable for use in a driveway?
Yes. The Luna is drive-over rated, meaning it can withstand vehicle traffic. This makes it suitable for installation in driveways and paved areas as well as softer landscaping zones.

Can I install the Luna in soil, gravel, or grass?
Not directly on its own — the Luna is designed for hard surface installation. For loose substrates such as soil, gravel, or grass, in-lite offer the SPIKE accessory, a ground stake that holds the Luna securely in position without a hard base.

Does the Luna work with the in-lite BOX 100 recessed housing?
No. The Luna is not compatible with the in-lite BOX 100 accessory. If you are planning a recessed installation using BOX 100, you will need a different fixture from the in-lite range. We can help you identify the right alternative.

What transformer or driver does the Luna require?
The Luna operates as part of the in-lite low-voltage ecosystem and connects to an in-lite compatible transformer via the system's plug-and-play cable connectors. Transformer selection depends on the total load across your circuit — we recommend calculating your full fixture list before specifying transformer capacity.
