What is In-Lite Breathe technology and is it disruptive at night?
Breathe is a built-in behaviour where each BREEZE bollard gently fades between dim and bright on its own independent rhythm — a six-second fade in, a short hold, then a six-second fade out. Because every fixture starts at a different point in the cycle, they never pulse in unison. The effect reads as quiet movement rather than a flashing light, and overall garden brightness stays balanced throughout.

What does a CRI of 95 mean for garden lighting?
CRI stands for Colour Rendering Index — it measures how accurately a light source shows the true colours of what it illuminates, on a scale of 0 to 100. At CRI 95, the BREEZE renders the greens, textures, and tones of planting, stone, and paving very accurately. For garden environments where material and plant choices matter, this makes a meaningful difference.

Is the BREEZE suitable for use in Mallorca's outdoor climate?
Yes. The BREEZE carries an IP55 rating, meaning it is protected against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction — suitable for exposed garden installations including areas with seasonal rain. It is not submersible, so avoid placement in drainage channels or areas of standing water.

Which height should I choose — Low (60 cm) or High (100 cm)?
The Low version suits ground-level borders, low ornamental grasses, and planting beds where you want light close to the planting canopy. The High version works better alongside taller shrubs, defined pathway edges, or where you need the light source elevated above surrounding growth. Both share the same COB LED strip, Breathe behaviour, and IP55 rating.

Does the BREEZE include a driver or transformer, and how does it connect?
The BREEZE is part of In-Lite's low-voltage garden lighting system and requires a compatible In-Lite transformer — this is not included with the fixture itself. The transformer capacity and cable run length need to be calculated against your full fixture count before installation. We can help with this as part of your project specification.
