FAQs

What does IP54 mean for this wall lantern?
IP54 means the fitting is protected against dust ingress and water splashing from any direction. It's suitable for wall-mounted positions that are exposed to rain but not direct water jets — ideal for exterior entrance walls, terraces, and gateways.

Can I use this lantern in a coastal location?
Yes. The Turin carries no coastal exclusion zone, meaning the manufacturer's guarantee remains valid regardless of proximity to the sea. This is an important distinction for many Mallorca properties and is not a given across all outdoor ranges.

What lamp fitting does the Turin use, and are lamps included?
The Turin uses two E27 lamp sockets — that's the standard large Edison screw fitting used in most domestic and decorative bulbs. Lamps are not included, so you can choose the style, colour temperature, and output that best suits your project.

What is the warranty on the Elstead Turin?
Warranty length is 2–20 years depending on the specific model within the range. Confirm the applicable warranty term for your chosen variant at the point of specification.

Is the Turin available in other finishes?
The Turin is currently available in black as standard. The powder-coated finish provides a matte, weather-resistant surface suited to both traditional and contemporary architectural settings.
