The Graydon is rated IP20 as standard, which means it is not protected against moisture and should be positioned outside direct splash zones. An IP44 version — offering protection against water splashing from any direction — is available on request, making it suitable for closer proximity to basins or mirrors. Always confirm your bathroom zone classification before specifying.

What does 'living finish' mean, and how does it affect maintenance?
A living finish is a hand-applied surface treatment that is intentionally allowed to evolve over time, developing a natural patina with use and exposure. Unlike a sealed or lacquered finish, it will subtly change in tone and texture — which is part of its appeal. General care involves gentle cleaning with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or polish that would strip the patina.

Is a lamp included with the Graydon bath light?
