Is a bulb included with the Lucide Maloto?
No, the Maloto is supplied without a bulb. It uses a standard E27 lamp holder — the large screw cap fitting — so you have broad choice over bulb type and colour temperature. A filament-style LED suits the tinted ribbed glass particularly well.

Can I use the Maloto with a dimmer switch?
Yes, it is dimmer-compatible, but neither the dimmer nor the bulb is included. To dim successfully, you need to pair a dimmable LED bulb with a compatible dimmer — typically a TRIAC or leading-edge phase dimmer. It is worth confirming compatibility between your chosen bulb and dimmer before purchasing.

How much can I adjust the pendant height?
The cord is adjustable between 50 and 150 cm from ceiling to shade, giving you considerable flexibility across different ceiling heights and installation contexts such as above a dining table or in a hallway.

Is the Maloto suitable for use in a bathroom?
No. The Maloto carries an IP20 rating, meaning it is designed for dry interior spaces only. It is not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor areas, or anywhere exposed to moisture or steam.

What are the available colourway options?
The Maloto pendant is available in two glass colourways: Green and Amber. Both feature the same ribbed glass shade with brushed brass metalwork, and the choice comes down to the atmosphere you want to create in the space.
