What does IP55 mean and is it suitable near a swimming pool?
IP55 means the fitting is protected against dust and against water jets from any direction. It's well suited to poolside placement and exposed garden settings, though it is not rated for submersion. For zone classifications around pools, check your local electrical regulations.

Is a transformer or driver included with the BIG VOQUE?
No transformer is included. The BIG VOQUE is part of In-Lite's low-voltage outdoor system and requires a compatible In-Lite transformer. If you're building out a garden lighting circuit, let us know the number of fittings and cable runs and we can help you specify the right transformer.

What is the CRI of this fitting and why does it matter?
The BIG VOQUE has a CRI of 89. CRI — Colour Rendering Index — measures how accurately a light source renders colours compared to natural daylight (maximum 100). A CRI of 89 means planting, stone, and water features read with good colour fidelity and warmth rather than appearing flat or grey.

Can the BIG VOQUE be used as a hanging lamp?
Yes. With the separately available BELT accessory, the VOQUE range can be configured as a suspended pendant, giving you flexibility to use the same design language across different outdoor zones.

How is the BIG VOQUE installed and can it be moved once in place?
The BIG VOQUE is a free-standing bollard that connects via the included EASY-LOCK connector on a 60 cm cable. This makes it straightforward to reposition without specialist tools — useful during garden fit-out or if your layout evolves over time.
