Does the SMART FLUX TONE include a SMART HUB?
No — a SMART HUB is required but sold separately. The HUB is the wireless bridge that connects your in-lite SMART fixtures to the app. Factor this into your system budget from the outset.

What does IP68 mean, and is this fixture suitable for poolside or wet ground installation?
IP68 is the highest ingress protection rating for water — it means the fixture is rated for continuous submersion beyond one metre. It is well suited to poolside surrounds, wet ground, or areas subject to standing water, making it one of the most robust ratings available for recessed outdoor use.

What is RGBW, and can it produce a natural-looking warm white?
RGBW stands for Red, Green, Blue, and White — four separate LED channels. The dedicated White channel means the fixture can produce a true Warm White light, which standard RGB LEDs struggle to achieve cleanly. You get the flexibility of colour without sacrificing white light quality.

Can I use the SMART FLUX TONE with my existing in-lite system?
The SMART FLUX TONE is designed to integrate with other fixtures in the in-lite SMART collection and is controlled via the in-lite app. Compatibility depends on your existing HUB and system setup — we recommend confirming this before ordering.

How is the SMART FLUX TONE installed?
It comes with a simple installation cup and uses integrated metal tension clips for a friction fit into a pre-cut mounting hole in decking, paving, or ground surfaces. No specialist tools are required, but confirm the required cut-out dimensions before installation.
