What is the IP44 rating and which bathroom zones does it cover?
IP44 means the fitting is protected against water splashing from any direction. This makes it suitable for Zone 2 (areas within 60cm of a bath or shower) and general bathroom areas outside the immediate wet zones. Always confirm zone boundaries with a qualified electrician before installation.

Are lamps included with the Hinkley Francoise?
Yes. The Francoise is supplied with G9 LED lamps included, so you do not need to source them separately. G9 is a compact bi-pin lamp format — the LED version delivers warm light efficiently without the heat of older halogen G9 types.

What lamp type does the Francoise use and can I replace them?
