FAQs

What bulbs does the Amarilli wall light take?
The Amarilli accepts two candle-style bulbs, one per arm. Bulbs are not included — you'll need to source these separately. We recommend a warm white candle LED (2700K) for the most authentic effect, and confirm your dimmer is compatible with your chosen bulb before purchasing.

Is the Amarilli suitable for use in a bathroom?
No. The Amarilli carries no IP rating, which means it is designed for dry interior locations only — hallways, living rooms, bedrooms, and similar spaces. For bathroom use, you would need a fitting rated at least IP44 for Zone 2 placement.

Does it need a driver or transformer?
No driver or transformer is required. The Amarilli runs directly from a standard mains supply via your existing wall switch circuit. It accepts conventional candle-style bulbs, so setup is straightforward.

Can the Amarilli be dimmed?
Dimming is possible depending on the bulbs you choose. If you want dimming capability, select dimmable candle-style LED bulbs and ensure your wall switch is a compatible leading-edge or trailing-edge dimmer. We can advise on compatible dimmer options for your setup.

What finishes are available?
The Amarilli is available in two finishes: Bronze/Gold, and Black/Silver. The Black/Silver pairs matte black ironwork with distressed silver accents on the leaf motifs and candle sleeves — a crisper, more graphic interpretation of the traditional design.
